Last Saturday, the Sunshine Hikers ventured all the way over to Errington to hike around Englishman River Park. About 18 of us enjoyed the beautiful weather and well groomed trails around the park. The river was very full and the falls were impressive. Unfortunately one trail going up river was blocked by blow downs but we simply circled back and went downstream. Crossing the river below the falls allowed us another view of a section before having to climb the trail back to the parking lot. After the hike, about 1.5 hours, we decided to try a local pub for lunch. Although a bit smokey, it was good, inexpensive food - very enjoyable. Photos are in the photogallery.
